The Forbes Avenue Betterment Project area extends through 18 intersections from Forbes Avenue at Margaret Morrison St. to the Birmingham Bridge. View a map of project area >

Traffic signal replacements will be completed at intersections along Forbes Ave. at Craft Ave. and Halket St. Traffic signal upgrades will be completed at intersections along Forbes Ave. at McKee Pl., Meyran Ave., Atwood St., Oakland Ave., Bouquet St., and Bigelow Blvd. New pedestrian signals will be installed on Forbes Ave. between David Lawrence Hall and The Quad at Pitt. Dedicated bike lanes will also be installed on Forbes Ave. from Bigelow Blvd. to Margaret Morrison St.

Public Meeting: March 1, 2018

Public meeting was held March 1, 2018 from 5-7pm at Carnegie Mellon University, Cohon University Center, Rangos 2, 2nd floor. Download the presentation
